The hotel is conveniently located just off the main road near the Bulgarian border. The rooms are modern, clean, and warm, although a bit crowded with furniture for my taste. The service is exceptionally polite and helpful, especially toward guests with mobility challenges. The dining options are a pleasant surprise, offering a mix of local and international dishes. However, the pricing could be more competitive. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service in a strategic location.
